Ricoh UK – Gleneagles Luxury Sales Incentive

Brief 

To deliver an memorable short-stay experience that combined luxury and an unforgettable experience for 30 Sales Team winners. The aim was to reward guests with a truly special escape, balancing experiences with time to relax and indulge at one of the UK’s most iconic resorts.

Day One 

Guests travelled to Scotland for an exclusive one-night stay at the world-renowned Gleneagles Hotel. An early start was rewarded with a warm Scottish welcome on arrival, where tea and coffee were served in the elegant Century Bar before making their way to the Dormy Clubhouse where la 2-course lunch was enjoyed. With mild November air and clear blue skies, guests headed to the shooting lodge for a fun filled afternoon of clay pigeon shooting. The activity encouraged friendly competition, collaboration and plenty of memorable moments before returning to the shooting lodge for post-activity drinks and private check in. 

As the evening set in guests reconvened in the Century Bar for pre-dinner drinks before making their way to the Billard Room for a Champagne reception and an exquisite 6-course private “Taste of Scotland” dinner. During the evening celebrations guests enjoyed the Scottish tradition of the ceremonial piping in of the haggis and the Robert Burns’ ‘Address to a Haggis’, exceptional food and spectacular wines with the night concluding with post dinner-drinks back in the Century Bar around the roaring fire. 


Day Two 

Guests enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast fit for a king in the Strathearn Restaurant, before heading out for a morning of optional activities; with Golf on the iconic Kings Course, or a relaxing ‘Be in the Moment Massage’ and hands on Gun Dog training or Falconry experience to choose from, guests were able to personalise their morning experience before the final farewell lunch at the Dormy Clubhouse, providing the perfect opportunity to reflect on their experience before heading home.
