THE BRIEF

To create a true trip of a lifetime for 30 high-performing sales executives. It needed big contrasts, unforgettable “wow” moments and experiences you don’t come across every day. Two destinations, endless memories. Istanbul and Cappadocia were the perfect combination.

Day One

Flights landed into Istanbul and the group were transferred straight to the Bosphorus for a relaxed welcome lunch by the water. With boats cruising past, incredible food on the table and the city buzzing all around, it was a strong start.

The afternoon was spent poolside before the evening kicked off with a private boat cruise along the Bosphorus. Drinks in hand, Istanbul lit up around us – palaces, mosques and minarets providing the perfect backdrop.

Dinner followed at the iconic Ruby, before the night stepped up another level with Champagne, sparklers and dancing at Ruby nightclub. Eventually, the group retired to the jaw dropping Kempinski Çırağan Palace. First day done. Nailed it.

Day Two

After breakfast, the group enjoyed time exploring Istanbul before one of the highlights of the trip – a traditional Turkish Hammam experience. Steam, marble and expert treatments left everyone feeling fully refreshed.

Lunch was enjoyed at the spectacular Four Seasons Istanbul before heading to the airport for a short flight to Cappadocia. On arrival, the group checked into the incredible Argos Hotel, carved into the landscape and offering truly unique surroundings.

Day Three

An early start, but worth every single minute. Before sunrise, the group gathered ready for one of the most iconic experiences in the world – hot air ballooning over Cappadocia. As the balloons slowly lifted into the sky, the sun rose across the valleys below, revealing fairy chimneys, rock formations and colours that felt almost unreal. Floating silently above this extraordinary landscape, surrounded by dozens of balloons, was a genuine pinch-yourself moment and the undeniable highlight of the entire trip.

Back at the hotel, a Champagne breakfast awaited before a relaxed day including a local wine tasting experience.

That evening, the awards dinner was held in a candle-lit cave – hundreds of candles, incredible food and a setting like no other. The final wow came courtesy of a live opera singer whose performance in those surroundings was nothing short of sensational.Day Four
