Our client required a central, accessible and standout London venue to host their annual IMA AGM. The day needed to accommodate a formal morning meeting, a prestigious awards ceremony, and a celebratory lunch with entertainment, all within one cohesive guest journey.
The venue had to balance professionalism with a sense of occasion – something unique, polished, and memorable.

With a guest list of 75 and a full day of content, we focused on creating an elegant, flowing experience supported by excellent hospitality and high-quality production.
BAFTA 195 Piccadilly was selected for its iconic setting, seamless layout, and world-class service offering the perfect combination of accessibility, prestige, and functionality.
THE EXPERIENCE
Guests arrived at BAFTA 195 Piccadilly and were welcomed into the Piccadilly Bar, where freshly brewed coffee, teas, and pastries were served.
This relaxed reception allowed attendees to mingle, network, and ease into the day in a stylish setting.
Following refreshments, guests moved upstairs to the Princess Anne Theatre – an impressive auditorium ideal for high-quality presentations.
The AGM ran smoothly, supported by professional AV and comfortable tiered seating.
The session then flowed seamlessly into the annual awards ceremony, with winners celebrated in a polished, theatrical environment that elevated the prestige of the moment.
After the awards, a panel discussion took place, offering thought-leadership and engagement before the celebrations began.
Guests then returned to the Piccadilly Bar for a champagne reception, accompanied by a live roaming band whose upbeat performance set a celebratory tone and lifted the atmosphere.
Guests were invited to take their seats for a beautifully prepared three-course sumptuous lunch, where the celebrations continued.
As food was served, the roaming band performed throughout the meal, creating a lively and enjoyable ambience. Attendees toasted the winners and highly commended nominees, making the lunch feel warm, communal, and truly special.
