Having previously worked with the exceptional team at Ulterior Events, they were once again the obvious choice when planning our recent away day to celebrate a great year in our business. From the very first conversation through to flawless delivery, everything was executed to perfection. The day itself was unforgettable, and the team have memories for life. From boarding RIB boats and heading over to the Isle of Wight for a truly lovely lunch, to returning to Chewton Glen for a relaxed and beautifully curated BBQ in the walled garden. Every element flowed effortlessly, and it was clear that nothing had been left to chance. Fiona Thompson was, as always, outstanding. She was constantly three steps ahead, anticipating needs and solving things long before they even crossed our minds. That level of foresight makes such a difference. As a group, we never once had to think about logistics or details, we could simply enjoy the experience. The thoughtful, personalised touches for each member of the team didn’t go unnoticed and made everyone feel genuinely considered and valued. Our business is already asking when the next Ulterior event is… and I wouldn’t work with anyone else!

I hope you are both well, and the event in Marrakesh went smoothly. From the initialbriefing call through to project management and delivering an outstandingexperience for my guests, the team was incredible. Fiona Thompson excels ineverything she does for her clients, paying attention to every detail andconsideration. As a group, we never wanted for anything during our trip. Everything,from the accommodation and transfers to the restaurant choices and excursions,was simply first-class.
